What Our Pest Control Visits Cover

Last updated: October 2026

New Hampshire Pest Pros provides pest control work described in your estimate, service plan, or other written agreement. The agreed scope may include inspection, treatment, monitoring, or exclusion work for the pests and areas identified. Work outside that scope, including additional visits, repairs, or treatment for newly discovered pests, requires a separate estimate and your approval before we proceed.

Commercial pesticide applications are performed by appropriately certified applicators under New Hampshire licensing requirements and Pes 1000. We apply pesticides according to approved product labels and follow applicable labeling requirements under FIFRA and 40 CFR Part 156.

Rodenticide placement follows product label restrictions, including directions about access. Pesticide waste is handled under applicable RCRA requirements and New Hampshire hazardous-waste rules, including Env-Hw 100–1200.

We follow applicable requirements from the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. Guidance from EPA, CDC, USDA APHIS, and New Hampshire DHHS may also apply when relevant.

Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Appointments are arranged through New Hampshire Pest Pros and confirmed for an agreed date or service window. Please provide accurate access instructions and let us know about pets, occupants, site conditions, or other concerns that may affect the visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and before the appointment. Any cancellation charge or notice period applies only if it was disclosed in your estimate, service plan, or other written agreement.

We may need to change a visit because of weather, safety concerns, access problems, or other conditions that prevent the agreed work. We will contact you to arrange another time.

If inspection shows that the requested work needs a different treatment, additional areas, or a different service, we will explain the proposed change and any price adjustment. We will not proceed with that added scope until you approve it. Changes to an appointment or service should be confirmed directly with us.

Estimates, Approval, and Payment

We provide an estimate based on the information available about the property, pest activity, and requested work. An estimate describes the proposed service and its price; it is not approval for work beyond what it lists.

Please review it and ask questions before accepting. If an inspection reveals conditions that change the recommended work or cost, we will explain the change and seek your approval before doing additional work.

Payment is due according to the terms shown in your estimate, invoice, or written service agreement. Those documents will state any payment timing and accepted payment methods.

You are responsible for paying for services you approved and received, subject to applicable law and any written adjustment agreed with us. Do not assume that a verbal discussion changes a written price or scope; ask us to confirm any changes in writing.

We do not promise a particular result or include work that was not approved. Contact New Hampshire Pest Pros if you believe an invoice does not match the agreed service so we can review it.

What to Expect About Service Coverage

New Hampshire Pest Pros stands behind the work described in the written estimate or service agreement and will perform it with reasonable care. These terms do not create a separate warranty, guarantee a pest-free property, or set a standard coverage period. Any warranty, callback arrangement, or follow-up service applies only when its coverage and duration are stated in writing for your specific work.

Coverage may depend on your following preparation and re-entry instructions, maintaining access to treated areas, and completing any steps assigned to you. Conditions outside the agreed work can affect results, including untreated areas, new pest entry, building defects, sanitation issues, or activity from neighboring properties.

Work that changes the agreed scope may require a separate estimate. If you have a concern about completed service, contact us promptly and describe the issue.

We will review it against the written agreement and explain whether a follow-up visit or other work is included. No statement in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Responsibility and Limits of Liability

New Hampshire Pest Pros is responsible for performing approved work with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable requirements. Pesticides are used only as allowed by their approved labels, including FIFRA and 40 CFR Part 156 requirements.

Commercial applications require appropriate New Hampshire certification and must follow applicable Pes 1000 rules. Rodenticide use must comply with label directions on placement and access. These requirements govern how work is performed; they do not promise that pests will not return.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or losses caused by circumstances beyond the agreed work, where the law permits that limitation.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or changes applicable pesticide or hazardous-waste obligations, including RCRA and New Hampshire Env-Hw 100–1200. Please report a concern promptly so we can assess it.
